Established in 2016, Gym It is locally owned and operated with the aim of providing a convenient and modern fitness facility for the community. Currently, the gym is operating during staffed hours, but it will soon open its doors as a fully 24hr gym.
Gym It is designed with the community's needs in mind, offering a range of facilities and services. The gym boasts an ultra-modern facility, complete with a large indoor Group Fitness Room that offers a variety of fitness classes. Whether you prefer high-intensity workouts or relaxing yoga sessions, Gym It has something for everyone.
For those who prefer a more personalised training experience, Gym It provides a private Personal Training room. This room allows members to train away from the gym floor with their own personal trainer, ensuring privacy and tailored workouts.
Parents can enjoy their workout without worrying about their little ones, as Gym It provides a free creche service for children aged 6 weeks to 12 years. The creche is available for all members to use during specific hours, allowing parents to focus on their fitness goals while their children are in safe hands. Bookings are essential for the creche service.
The gym floor at Gym It is fully equipped with a large range of pin and plate loaded equipment, as well as an extensive selection of free weight training options. Additionally, there is a dedicated cardio area with a variety of equipment. Gym It also offers a variety of membership options. Members have access to the gym and all its facilities, as well as the free creche service. The creche operates Monday to Friday from 9am to 1pm and on Saturdays from 9am to 11am, providing parents with flexibility in their workout schedule.
