Jenny, the organiser of Gymability Ladies Only Gym in Stoke-on-Trent, extends a warm invitation to visit this unique fitness centre. Situated at 22 Christchurch Street, Fenton, Gymability offers a secure and supportive environment where women of all ages and fitness levels can exercise safely. The gym focuses on gentle exercise with power-assisted machines, suitable for women with various health conditions including Arthritis, Parkinson's, MS, and Fibromyalgia.
Jenny has equipped the gym with state-of-the-art machinery, akin to those found in "Motorsize," "Motor-Motion," or "Shape Master" programmes. These machines are also recommended for physiotherapy purposes, making them ideal for post-surgery rehabilitation. The flexible pricing includes a free first session, with each subsequent session costing £4.00, or a monthly pass for £40.00. There are no joining fees or fixed-term contracts, ensuring a hassle-free experience.
Gymability is designed to help trim unwanted inches, improve mobility, and aid weight loss through its unique motor-motion equipment. The machines offer built-in programmes for beginners and allow for progressive improvement. Women can participate at their own pace, making as much or as little effort as they choose.

The gym's opening hours are convenient for various schedules. From Monday to Thursday, Gymability operates from 8:00 am to 1:30 pm and 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. On Fridays, it's open from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm, and it remains closed on weekends.
