For the older champions aged 6 to 9, the Gym Fit Kidz program at MALC Pinjarra is the perfect blend of gymnastics and fitness movements. Led by a Level 1 Kindy Gym Instructor & Cert IV Personal Trainer, this program is all about making fitness fun for the kids.
Kids will get to enjoy an energetic warm-up session set to music, along with lessons focusing on coordination, control, and spatial awareness. The main goal of the program is to help kids build flexibility, strength, and balance in a supportive and engaging environment.
Classes are scheduled to run from 3:30pm to 4:15pm for a 10-week term, with a price of $130 upfront. Term 2 will kick off from 15th April and conclude on 24th June 2024, with the exception of 3rd June. Remember, spots are limited, so it's a good idea to secure your spot early and be a part of the MALC family.
