You'll easily spot them by their distinctive T-Shirts, whether you're in the gym or attending one of our invigorating classes.
Our knowledgeable gym buddies are keen to show you around our exceptional facilities, explaining how to use the equipment effectively and providing you with the fundamental knowledge you need to kickstart your fitness journey.
