When you choose our Gold standard program, you can expect to work in 12-week blocks. This structure allows us to create a tailored training plan that suits your specific goals and needs. But that's not all! We also provide regular monthly check-ins with a highly qualified nutritionist. We firmly believe that proper nutrition plays a vital role in achieving and sustaining your fitness goals.
To ensure that you stay on track and see real progress, we give you access to our state-of-the-art InBody scanner. This incredible piece of technology allows us to monitor your body composition, muscle mass, and fat percentage accurately. With this valuable information, we can make any necessary adjustments to your training program and help you stay on the right path.
