For 5-year-olds, the “Little Dragon” syllabus introduces basic techniques in a fun way. Older kids follow the “Rainbow” syllabus, incorporating more advanced patterns, kicking drills, fitness activities, and sparring. Students aged 11 and above learn the full GTUK traditional ITF Taekwon-Do syllabus, covering patterns, sparring, self-defence, and destruction techniques.

Grading tests are held every three months for Little Dragons and Rainbow students, while older students take tests every three months up to blue belt, then every six months as techniques become more advanced. This approach ensures steady progress and goal achievement.
