GSE Studio is located at the rear of our sister clinic, GSE Health. Our lovely studio is equipped with six top-notch commercial reformer Pilates machines. We offer small, personalized classes that enable our instructors to give individual attention to each client, addressing their unique needs and objectives. Our classes cover various themes such as strength, cardio, slow flows, sessions for individuals over 65, and classes tailored for our prenatal and postnatal clients.
