Ladies, we've got a special treat for you! Our ladies' group sessions take place on Tuesdays at 8am in the beautiful surroundings of Slade Gardens. It's the perfect opportunity to start your day off right, surrounded by like-minded individuals who are ready to conquer their fitness goals alongside you. If you can't make it on Tuesdays, don't worry! We also have an additional ladies' group session on Wednesdays at 10am in Larkhall. We want to provide you with ample opportunities to sweat it out and have fun while doing it.
For those who enjoy a more diverse workout experience, our mixed group sessions on Fridays and Saturdays at 10am in Larkhall are the way to go. These sessions bring everyone together, regardless of gender, to create a supportive and inclusive fitness community. You'll be motivated by the energy of the group and pushed to challenge yourself in ways you never thought possible.
One thing that sets us apart from the rest is that we follow the school term start dates published by the London Borough of Lambeth. This means you won't have to worry about any unexpected disruptions or confusion when it comes to joining our classes. Simply check the term start dates and hop in at the first available session after that date. It's as easy as that!
