Starting February 26, 2024, our new Group Fitness Timetable will be in full swing, offering an array of classes guaranteed to get you moving and grooving. From Adult Swim Fit to Pilates, Box H.I.I.T, RPM, Yoga, and more, there's something for everyone.
Swimmers can focus on building endurance and improving their strokes with our Adult Swim Fit class. If you're looking to take your cardio workouts to the next level, our Box H.I.I.T and RPM classes are the way to go. And for those who want to strengthen and tone their bodies, our Pilates, and Yoga classes are perfect choices.
Some classes require equipment, so make sure to check the specifics when selecting your preferred classes. However, we also have plenty of equipment-free options available, so you can easily join in on the fun.
