One of the highlights of our swimming program is the Adult Swim Fit class. This swim squad program is specially designed to enhance your swimming endurance, correct your stroke technique, and improve your overall fitness. It's the perfect opportunity for those who have already completed our Adult swim lessons and want to take their swimming skills to the next level.
If you're a high-intensity workout junkie, you won't want to miss our Box H.I.I.T class! This class combines intense cardio exercises with boxing drills to not only boost your fitness but also help you burn those extra calories.
For a full-body workout that targets multiple muscle groups, our H.I.I.T Full Body class is the way to go. You'll engage in a variety of movements that require no equipment, making it accessible to everyone.
