Each group class is designed to cater to all fitness levels, ages, and abilities. The session starts with a thorough warmup, followed by a series of circuit training stations that combine cardio and strength exercises. And don't worry if you're new to working out or have specific limitations – Julia, the amazing trainer, always provides different variations of each exercise to ensure everyone feels comfortable and included. After a challenging workout, the class concludes with a refreshing cool down and stretching session.
