Its inception, GRITT Athletics has strived to create an inclusive and supportive community for individuals of all fitness levels. Located in Langley, the gym offers a range of programs designed to help members achieve their fitness goals while having fun and making friends in the process.
At GRITT Athletics, the focus is on inspiring, motivating, and succeeding together. The gym welcomes people from all walks of life, from grandmothers to new mothers, young and old, first responders to competitive CrossFitters. The supportive environment encourages everyone to train together and push themselves to new fitness heights.
The gym offers a variety of programs, including CrossFit Langley, GRITT Fit, GRITT Foundations, GRITT Personal, and GRITT Team. CrossFit Langley classes incorporate high-intensity interval training and a variety of movements, while GRITT Fit classes focus on high-energy workouts with body weight movements and light to moderate loads. GRITT Foundations is mandatory for new members and consists of three personal training sessions to introduce them to CrossFit. Personal training and team training sessions are also available for those looking for extra coaching or group workouts.
