Larissa's background includes work with a variety of populations, from athletes to those in rehabilitation and with chronic diseases. With a degree in Kinesiology and experience working with the U of S Women's Huskie Hockey Team, Larissa understands what it takes to become a successful athlete. She focuses on mentorship, character development, tailored strength programs, mobility, recovery, and nutrition to help athletes achieve their goals.
