One of our popular offerings is Yoga Nidra, a deeply restful practise that allows participants to work with their inner world. It is a perfect opportunity to let go, relax, and find deep restoration. We invite you to join us for our upcoming Yoga Nidra session on Friday, December 8th, at 7:30 pm.
In addition to Yoga Nidra, we also offer various yoga gatherings and workshops throughout the year. We are excited to announce our upcoming event, “Grieve & Restore,” which will focus on releasing grief through breath, sound, and movement. This two-day gathering will provide a safe and sacred space for individuals to explore their grief and begin the healing process.
