Welcome to Grey's Fitness & Physiotherapy Ltd. A premier personal training and sports injury clinic located in Glasgow, just a 5-minute drive from J11 on the M8 and Glasgow Fort. Specialising in sports injury rehab, we also have a strong background in sports coaching and personal training. Our aim is to provide a comprehensive service that takes you from initial injury, through the rehabilitation process, and helps you not only get back to fitness but also perform better than ever before.

At Grey's Fitness & Physiotherapy, we offer a range of services to cater to your needs. Our initial consultation and treatment sessions are individually tailored and can last up to 60 minutes. We believe in the importance of thorough assessment and treatment to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients. Our physiotherapy and rehabilitation programmes are evidence-based and incorporate a combination of exercise programmes, manual therapies, and taping techniques to optimise your recovery.

In addition to our physiotherapy services, we are fully qualified to provide supplementary treatments such as sports massage, dry cupping, sports taping/strapping, and kinesio taping. These can be offered as standalone treatments or as part of a personalised treatment plan.

Our team is led by Alistair Grey, BSc (Hons), MCSP, a highly skilled physiotherapist with a passion for sports injury rehab. Alistair graduated with an Honours Degree in Physiotherapy in 2013 and has since focused on injury rehab, particularly in sports-related cases. He brings a wealth of experience and a successful track record in helping clients achieve positive results through rehabilitative exercise and various manual therapies. Alistair is also the Physiotherapist for an SPFL football team, ensuring his knowledge and skills are up-to-date and applicable in a results-driven environment.

With qualifications as a Personal Trainer since 2002 and a Strength and Conditioning Coach since 2021, Alistair understands the importance of tailored exercise prescription and has extensive experience working with clients of all ages and levels of fitness.

The prices for our services are competitive and reflect the quality and expertise we offer. The initial consultation fee is 50. 00, with follow-up appointments priced at 40. 00 each.

We also have physiotherapy packages available, starting from the Bronze package at 160. 00 (including consultation and three follow-up sessions) up to the Gold package at 280. 00 (including consultation and seven follow-up sessions). If you purchase a physiotherapy package and achieve your recovery goals sooner than anticipated, any remaining sessions can be transferred to personal training sessions.

Our personal training sessions are designed to help you achieve your fitness goals. Whether you prefer training on-site or require a comprehensive home/outdoor exercise programme, our qualified trainers can cater to your needs. Single personal training sessions are priced at 00, and we also offer a block of six sessions for 220. 00.
