Grange Athletic FCs home grounds are located at Fryers Field in West Moors and Ford Lane in Ferndown. During the winter months, training takes place in the Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA) in West Moors, and in the spring and summer months, training is conducted on the grass at Fryers Field and Ford Lane.

The youth teams of Grange Athletic FC currently participate in the Bournemouth Youth Football League (BYFL), and from the Under 12 age group, they also compete in the BYFL Cup and Hampshire Cup. The club is affiliated with Hampshire and ensures its teams have opportunities to play against other clubs in the region. The U18s of Grange Athletic FC play in the Dorset Football League and participate in the Dorset League Football Cup and Hampshire Cup.

Additionally, Grange Athletic FC has an adult football team that competes in Division 5 of the Bournemouth Hayward Sunday League. The team also takes part in associated league and Hampshire cups, showcasing their skills and passion for the game.
