Accommodation at Grafton Farm is provided in the beautifully restored Grafton Grove farmhouse. The farmhouse features four spacious bedrooms that can sleep eight guests, plus a cot. Retaining many original features, including beamed ceilings, the farmhouse exudes charm and character. Guests can relax and unwind in the spacious lounge with its open inglenook fireplace and cosy woodburner.
The farmhouse also has a dining room, a large kitchen with a traditional farmhouse oak table, and a downstairs lobby, boot room, and toilet.
The farmhouse offers modern amenities including oil central heating, a colour TV, DVD and video player, and a well-equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances. Bed linen, towels, electricity, and heating oil are included in the weekly rent, ensuring a comfortable stay for guests.
Outside, Grafton Grove has an enclosed patio with garden furniture, perfect for enjoying the glorious sunsets over the Welsh hills. The half-acre garden orchard provides ample space for children and dogs to play, and there is also a dog kennel available for guests who prefer not to take their furry friends on every trip.
