With over 25 years of experience in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, our Head Instructor, Lucas Luz, is a highly skilled practitioner and teacher. Lucas was awarded his black belt at the prestigious Gracie Academy in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, under the tutelage of Rolker Gracie, son of Helio Gracie, the founder of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Our exceptional team of instructors shares Lucas's dedication to the art and constantly strives to deepen their knowledge and stay at the forefront of the latest techniques and developments. This unwavering commitment ensures that our students receive the highest quality instruction and guidance.

At Gracie Swindon, we offer various classes and programmes to cater to different needs. Our Kids Class provides a fun and safe environment for children to learn self-defence skills while instilling discipline and confidence.
