First, interested individuals can book a free trial class by providing their name, phone number, email, and selecting the programme (Adult or Kids & Teens) they are interested in. Once the trial class is scheduled, they can attend the class and experience the training environment, meet the experienced coaches, and get a feel for the space. Afterward, individuals can choose the membership option that best suits their needs.
