For adults, our Gracie Barra Adult Programme is the perfect choice. It is designed to teach self-defence through a comprehensive curriculum. It begins with the GB1 Beginners programme, which is the first step in joining our adult programme. Once students have completed this programme, they can move on to the GB2/GB3 Advance programme, which offers a deeper understanding of the GB philosophy and provides the best self-defence skills.
By joining our adult programme, students also develop stronger bonds with their training partners, gain discipline, and commit to healthy habits for physical and mental well-being.
We also offer a specialised adult programme called the No-Gi Programme. This programme is recommended for advanced adult students who want to focus on fast-paced, cardio-heavy training. In this programme, participants wear only the official Gracie Barra Shorts and Rash Top, without the traditional gi (kimono). Mastering No-Gi requires flow and precise technique, so it is recommended to have some basic knowledge of BJJ before joining this programme.
For kids aged 5–9 years old, we have the Gracie Barra Little Champions Kids Programme. This programme provides a nurturing environment for children to learn and embrace core values such as focus, discipline, persistence, cooperation, and respect. We divide our kids' classes by age to ensure that each child can learn and grow at their own pace. Our programme includes both self-defence and sports jiu-jitsu.
For kids aged 10–15 years old, we have the Gracie Barra Juniors Kids Programme. This programme was specifically designed to offer children a nurturing environment that fosters the development of essential values. Just like our Little Champions Programme, our Juniors Programme divides kids' classes by age to provide age-appropriate instruction in Jiu Jitsu and self-defence.
