For kids aged 3 to 15, the Gracie Barra Kids Programs provide a safe environment where they can learn essential character values such as confidence, discipline, focus, respect, and cooperation. These comprehensive programs cover anti-bullying, self-defence, takedowns, and ground techniques, all tailored to specific age groups. We are dedicated to providing the best learning experience for your child.
Our Mens Program at Gracie Barra Bondi focuses on teaching a proven self-defence curriculum while also fostering a deeper bond with Gracie Barra philosophies. We encourage discipline and dedication to healthy habits, helping our members take control of their lives and personal goals.
The Gracie Barra Womens Program is designed to empower women through an effective leverage-based self-defence curriculum, realistic attack, and escape simulations. We aim to equip women with the necessary skills to protect themselves.
At Gracie Barra Bondi, we also offer a competition program for both kids and adults. Our program is designed to help students achieve their goals, whether they are big or small. From local tournaments to the World Championship stage, we are here to bring out your inner champion.
