GP Health Coaching

GP Health Coaching is a personal training service located in Bellambi, Australia. With over 30 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, GP Health Coaching is committed to helping individuals achieve their maximal function and potential through exercise. The focus is on creating lasting lifestyle and mindset adjustments, rather than short-term challenges.

The partnership between the coach and the client is essential for achieving a better and healthier self. GP Health Coaching offers tailored activity and exercise programmes, macros guidance, support, and accountability. Each client's health and activity are accurately tracked using a Google Docs spreadsheet, and exercise programmes can be accessed via the spreadsheet or the Trainerize app. Training sessions can be conducted remotely through Zoom or VALD, or in-person at the studio gym in Bellambi.

One of the key principles of GP Health Coaching is individuality. Recognising that everyone's journey to better health and a better body is unique, GP Health Coaching designs programmes based on the specific needs and circumstances of each client. By tailoring programmes to individual circumstances, adherence to the programme is enhanced, leading to a higher chance of achieving health goals.

Clients can plan their week based on their energy levels, activity levels, and food choices, fitting health and fitness routines into their lifestyle.
