At Good Vibes, our team is dedicated to helping you reach your fitness goals at your own pace and level. We offer a variety of classes and training options to cater to different preferences and needs. Whether you're looking to improve your strength through weight training, enhance your core strength and flexibility, or boost your heart and lung health with cardio workouts, we have something for everyone.

Our prices are affordable and offer flexibility. For 32 a month, you can enjoy unlimited classes. If you prefer just gym access, it's only 28 per month. NHS discounts are available, and we also offer a pay-as-you-go option for 7.

We understand that life can get busy, so our opening hours cater to different schedules. Monday to Friday, we are open from 6:30 am to 8 pm, while on Saturdays, we operate from 8 am to 4 pm. Sundays are closed.
