Originally from Melbourne, Jax has always been involved in the fitness industry. She started her journey as a personal trainer and quickly developed a passion for Pilates. Jax believes in the power of Pilates to transform the body and mind, and she strives to create a supportive and motivating environment in her classes. With her extensive knowledge of anatomy and her energetic personality, Jax will guide you through dynamic and invigorating workouts that leave you feeling strong and empowered.

Emma brings a unique background to Good Vibes Pilates. With a degree in dance and experience as a professional dancer, she understands the importance of proper alignment and body awareness. Emma's classes are infused with creativity and grace, ensuring a holistic and mindful approach to movement. She is known for her attention to detail and her ability to tailor exercises to individual needs.
