Welcome to Good Health and Fitness, Dundees leading fitness facility. We offer a range of services including 1 to 1 Personal Training, Group Classes, Sports Therapy, and Online Training. With over 10 years of experience, we have built a thriving community that values family and support.
At Good Health and Fitness, we prioritise safety and individual attention. Our group classes are capped at a maximum of 12 clients per session, allowing our trainers to ensure that you get the most out of your training while minimising the risk of injury. These classes are designed to be fun, friendly, and extremely effective, combining strength and cardio exercises for a full-body workout.
If you prefer a more personalised approach, our team of qualified Personal Trainers is ready to offer tailored training sessions to help you achieve your fitness goals. We believe in inclusive fitness and welcome clients of all fitness levels and abilities.
As a new member of our community, we invite you to try out our classes with a free week's pass. This gives you the opportunity to meet our friendly team and experience our dedication to helping you reach your goals.
