Good Life Gymnastics – Gymnastics Club in Esher invites you to our upcoming Gymnastics For All event! Whether you're a beginner, intermediate, or advanced gymnast, we have something for everyone.
Our main goal is to introduce and nurture a love for gymnastics in a fun, inspiring, and non-competitive environment. We offer a range of activities that will keep kids fit, entertained, and eager to learn. From weekly classes to holiday camps, we provide the highest quality gymnastics experiences in Surrey.
For those who are looking for a challenge, we have advanced squad classes available. These classes are designed for gymnasts who want to push their limits and take their skills to the next level.
During the lockdown, we made sure to stay connected with our members by offering home gymnastics classes. It was important for us to keep our community active and moving, even when we couldn't be together in person.
If you're interested in joining our gymnastics classes, we recommend booking a trial to reserve your spot. Our classes cater to different age groups, starting as young as 3 years old. We focus on cardiovascular exercise, strength training, and flexibility, ensuring that every child can thrive and progress.
Safety is our top priority, which is why we have attire rules in place. We ask our gymnasts to wear comfortable active wear such as shorts and t-shirts, tracksuits, leggings, leotards, and grippy socks or gymnastics shoes. It's significant to tie up long hair and avoid wearing socks or jewellery during the sessions. And of course, don't forget to bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated!

Parents are more than welcome to watch the sessions, but please note that we have weekly closed sessions to help children focus. However, we do provide occasional opportunities for parents to observe and see the progress their child is making.
