Located on the picturesque banks of the Avon River, surrounded by century-old trees and breathtaking views of the hills and purple heather-covered birchwoods, this nine-hole course with 18 tees offers a fair challenge. The layout, with a par 72 spread across two levels, combines both beauty and difficulty. Its wide fairways and narrow approaches provide an attractive yet demanding game.
Conveniently situated just off the A95, the course is easily accessible from nearby hotels, distilleries, and the magnificent Ballindalloch Castle itself. We also offer exclusive bookings for those looking to plan a special golfing event.
When it comes to payments, you have a couple of options. To make things convenient, you can settle the payment at the clubhouse when the Lagmore Café is open. Alternatively, you can use cash or cheque (payable to Ballindalloch Castle Golfing Limited) and drop it in the envelopes provided at the front door when the café is closed.
Our green fees are reasonably priced, starting at £10 for players who are 22 years old and under, for 9 holes or more. Adults can enjoy a round for £20 for 9 holes or more. If you're a dedicated golfer and want to make the most of our course throughout the year, you can purchase a season ticket for the 2023 calendar year, priced at only £144.
For those who love playing in the winter months, we also offer winter green fees from 1 November to 31 March. It's the perfect opportunity to enjoy the course in a unique season.
