Golden Grain Pilates

Golden Grain Pilates runs reformer and mat Pilates in Cleve, with classes designed for different ages and experience levels. The studio focuses on building strength and balance through full body workouts on the reformer and stability and control exercises on the mat. It includes beginner friendly group reformer classes and limited slower over 50s sessions. There are also tailored 1:1 and 2:1 reformer options for goals such as recovery from injury, pregnancy, and post partum, plus private group events.
