Sarah is our talented tumbling coach with a background in gymnastics and cheerleading. She has been coaching for over 10 years and has a passion for teaching athletes of all ages and skill levels. Sarah focuses on building strength, flexibility, and technique, ensuring that athletes develop the necessary skills to excel in tumbling.
Caitlin is our recreational teams coach who specialises in creating a fun and inclusive environment for athletes to explore the world of cheerleading. She has a background in dance and has been coaching for 5 years. Caitlin's energetic and creative coaching style allows athletes to build their confidence and teamwork skills while having a great time.

- Elite & Semi-Elite Competition Teams: Our team-oriented programme is designed for athletes who are dedicated and passionate about reaching their full potential in all-star cheerleading. With a focus on top-quality training, our athletes have achieved remarkable success at various competitions.
- Recreational Cheer Performance Teams: For those who want to experience cheerleading with a lighter commitment, our recreational teams offer the opportunity to develop skills, perform at local events, and be part of a team in a supportive and fun environment.
- Recreational Tumble Classes: Perfect for athletes who are focused on tumbling skills, our recreational tumble classes cater to all levels, from beginners to advanced. Athletes will learn and improve their tumbling technique, while building strength and flexibility.
- Tiny Cheer and Tumble: Our littlest class is designed for children aged 3 to 5 who want to learn the basics of cheerleading and tumbling in an age-appropriate programme. This class focuses on building foundational skills and introducing children to the world of cheerleading in a safe and nurturing environment.
We are proud to be a Fairplay Provider, promoting a fair and inclusive environment for all athletes. Additionally, eligible athletes can avail a $150 discount on term fees with Gold Coast All Stars.
