Led by certified instructor Virginia, who is trained in Pole Fitness and silks lessons, Go-Diva's offers progressive classes that run in 12-week intervals designed to help individuals achieve their fitness goals and build confidence.
At Go-Diva's, there is no judgment and classes are small, making it a welcoming and inclusive environment for participants of all ages and sizes. Whether you are a beginner or more experienced, the classes are tailored to help you gain the strength needed to succeed. In addition to pole fitness classes, Go-Diva's also offers silks lessons, combinations, band conditioning, and doubles lessons to provide a variety of workout options for members.
