Glow Pilates & Yoga

Before each class, the instructors take the time to check in with participants to address any concerns, limitations, or injuries. The studio provides most of the necessary equipment, including grippy LuLuLemon mats. However, participants are welcome to bring their own mats if they prefer. It is recommended to bring a towel and water to stay hydrated during the classes.
