To ensure your comfort during the class, we recommend bringing a water bottle and a towel, as things can get quite sweaty. Our classes take place both indoors and outdoors, depending on weather conditions and venue availability. We have multiple locations across London, including LSBU Active Sports Centre, The Wellfield Centre (SYCT), Pure Gym London Streatham, St Margaret the Queen, and Tooting Bec Athletics Track, providing convenience and accessibility for our participants.
Classes are priced at 8. 00 each, making them a convenient option for those looking to join in. For those who plan to attend multiple sessions, we offer a 5-class pass for just 35. 00.
This pass not only saves you money but also provides flexibility in your scheduling. While walk-ins are welcome, we strongly recommend securing your spot by pre-paying via PayPal or pre-booking on our website.
