Come and visit our state-of-the-art facility in Katikati. Our gym features a main studio with 100m2 of tatami mat space, as well as wall mats for additional training options. We also have a separate strength and conditioning studio for those looking to improve their physical fitness. Our facility includes changing rooms, toilets, and showers for your convenience.
We offer plenty of off-street parking, making it easy for you to attend our classes. We take great pride in providing a clean and safe environment for our members to train in.
