The club's purpose-built facility is equipped with modern training machines, including running machines, step-up machines, spin bikes, and weight machines. There are also various sizes of punching bags available for training. The in-house shop offers all the necessary equipment, from gloves to boots and bandages. The club boasts a multi-thousand pound facility, complete with a sauna, hot-tub, steam room, and excellent male and female changing facilities.
In addition to boxing training, Glenrothes Boxing Club offers its gym for hire to various clients, such as dance lessons, fitness classes, karate classes, yoga, Zumba, and rehearsals. With two large rooms available, the gym has also constructed an assault course designed to develop balance, strength, and coordination. The assault course features various stations, including tyre runs, sit-up bars, chin-up bars, parallel bars, and more challenging stations like wall climbs and log lifts. Individuals can attempt the course or compete in team challenges.
Suitable for those aged 14 and above, the assault course is available for hire on an hourly, half-day, or full-day basis.
