Pillars, athletes will develop physical literacy, movement fundamentals, and gymnastics-specific skills. The program consists of badges and ribbons to mark progression through the different levels of skill development. Participants will work on vault, bars, beam, floor, trampoline, and rings.
The Parkour program is an exciting and dynamic class that focuses on freestyle movement, balance, agility, and coordination. Participants will learn to navigate obstacles creatively and safely in a fun and challenging environment. This program is open to participants aged 6 and older who are looking to explore movement in a non-traditional way.
The Acrobatic program at Glenmore Gymnastics Club focuses on partner work, strength, flexibility, and coordination. Participants will learn to work together to create dynamic and captivating routines that showcase their skills. This program is open to athletes aged 6 and older who are interested in exploring acrobatics in a supportive and encouraging environment.
In addition to our recreational programs, Glenmore Gymnastics Club also offers adaptive programming for individuals with disabilities, homeschool programs on Thursdays, and drop-in gymnastics for family, teen, and adult participants. The club is proud to provide a welcoming and inclusive space for all athletes to learn and grow.
