Glebe Pilates

Glebe Pilates is a boutique studio with four sister locations in the Glebe and Beechwood areas of Ottawa. At Glebe Pilates and Pilates on Beechwood, we offer choreographed group classes, private, and semi-private sessions using reformer machines. Our studios provide an intimate and cozy atmosphere that is welcoming to both new and seasoned movers.

For those who are new to Pilates, we offer a variety of beginner packages to help you get started on your journey. The beginner promo allows you to try 4 beginner classes for $99, while the starter package includes one private session and three group beginner classes, along with a pair of socks, for $199. These packages are perfect for those dealing with injuries, chronic pain, or postural issues.

Our classes at Glebe Pilates are designed to help you strengthen and stretch your body safely. Our reformer classes utilize a sliding bed-like machine with springs and straps to provide varying resistance and target small muscle groups. We also offer classes on the Cadillac, Chair, and Barrel machines to provide a full-body workout experience.

The Cadillac is a versatile machine with springs, bars, and a trapeze, while the Chair offers a challenging workout for balance and stability. The Barrel is designed to promote mobility, flexibility, and strength of the spine by allowing movements in all directions. Our studio is fully equipped with various machines to cater to all levels of fitness and experience.
