The owner and trainer of Glacier Fitness, Laura, discovered her passion for fitness in her late 20s. After leaving her office job, she opened her own studio to pursue her passion. With over 3 years of experience, Laura is a fun and energetic trainer who believes in bringing out the best in everyone. She takes a rounded approach to fitness, prioritising your enjoyment and comfort in the gym.
And of course, her two super cute cats are always ready to provide some extra motivation and cuddles during your workouts.
