Ready to fine-tune your skills and get tournament-ready? The senior instructors will be leading the session focusing on Kanu Dai, Seisan, and Kumite.
The seminar will be split into two parts for a dynamic learning experience. Part 1 will cover Kata Techniques, Drills & Application with the options of Kanku Dai or Seisan. Part 2 will dive into Kumite Styles, Drills & Tournament Preparation with the choices of Jiyu Kumite or Ippon Kumite.
