Personal training sessions start at 60 for a 60-minute session and may encompass resistance training, agility drills, kickboxing, and possibly Olympic lifting. Biomechanical assessments are also available, starting at 200 for a 90-minute assessment, completion of a written report, and a 60-minute follow-up appointment.
