There is also a team workout class where participants complete a workout together. These sessions vary each week, keeping them exciting and challenging. Workouts can be scaled to individual fitness levels.

For those looking to refine their boxing techniques, Sarah offers a dedicated class to practice and enhance skills. This is also open to all fitness levels.
