At Giokick Martial Arts, we offer a range of classes to suit all ages and fitness levels. Our children's classes include Little Kicks for ages 4-6, Junior Kicks for ages 7-12, and Youth/Teens for ages 12-15. These classes focus on teaching self-discipline, respect, and confidence in a fun and engaging environment.
For adults, we offer Ladies Only Kickboxing classes for ages 13+, providing a safe and supportive environment for women to learn self-defence skills while improving their fitness and confidence. Our Adult Kickboxing classes are suitable for all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners. We also offer Yoga Sundays with Laura Dicken, providing a relaxing and rejuvenating experience to complement your martial arts training.
In addition to our regular classes, we offer Kick Camp, a cardio/circuit training class designed to improve your fitness and endurance. Private tuition and personal training sessions with John Zuccala, our chief instructor, are also available for those seeking a more individualised training experience.
We take pride in our fully equipped, purpose-built martial arts centre, ensuring a safe and comfortable training environment for all our members. Our opening times are conveniently scheduled throughout the week, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate busy lifestyles.
