Ging Mo Academy offers a variety of classes and events for both kids and adults. They have a Kids Kung Fu Beginners Workshop for children aged 5–9 years old and 10–13 years old. They also have a Kung Fu Showcase where students celebrate their journey. Additionally, they host a Christmas Party for members to come together and celebrate.
The academy is actively involved in the community and participates in various events and competitions. They recently provided official training to a group of elite Lion and Dragon Dance groups in preparation for the inaugural Dragon & Lion Dance Championships in 2023. They also perform a Lunar New Year Lion Dance at the Stirling Farmers Market and encourage the community to join in the celebrations.
Operating under a different name for several decades, Ging Mo Academy was reborn in 2005. Ging Mo means “the essence of Martial Arts. ” As a close-knit family, the academy aims to encourage, inspire, and see each other flourish.
