The Get Moving Academy offers a variety of fitness classes including ZENZONE Hatha/Yin Hybrid Yoga, Stay Home Workout, Stay Home Workout Light, Chair Yoga/Strength/Balance, and a new class called Vinyasa Meditation.

The classes are designed for all fitness levels and can be done from the comfort of your own home. Participants can pay for classes individually, monthly, or for the whole session, and can include additional participants at the same location for a small fee. Payment options include cash, cheque, and e-transfer.

The founder of Get Moving Academy is a qualified Personal Trainer Specialist with Canadian Fitness Professionals and has years of experience teaching fitness in both group and one-on-one settings. Their goal is to provide a safe and effective exercise experience for individuals of all fitness levels, experiences, and abilities.
