These qualifications include Level 4 Personal Trainer specialising in obesity and diabetes, Level 4 Nutrition Certification in GP referral of exercise, NLP Practitioner, NLP Coach, and Timeline therapist, among others. With over 10 years of mentored experience, she is well-positioned to guide her clients towards their fitness goals.
