Christine specialises in personal fitness for ladies over 40, although individuals of all ages and genders are welcome to join her training sessions. Her clientele ranges from a 94-year-old man to a 13-year-old young lady, demonstrating her versatility and ability to tailor her methods to suit individual needs. Her focus areas include resistance/strength training, posture correction, flexibility, and mobility techniques.

To ensure the highest quality of training and advice, Christine has acquired a range of qualifications over the years. These qualifications include Level 4 Personal Trainer specialising in obesity and diabetes, Level 4 Nutrition Certification in GP referral of exercise, NLP Practitioner, NLP Coach, and Timeline therapist, among others. With over 10 years of mentored experience, she is well-positioned to guide her clients towards their fitness goals.

In addition, Christine emphasises the importance of proper posture, flexibility, and mobility to ensure that exercises are performed safely and effectively.
