Billingham Golf Club, in collaboration with England Golf, is thrilled to announce the upcoming GET INTO GOLF ROOKIES program for junior golf enthusiasts aged 7-15. This fantastic national coaching initiative is set to take place over the school summer holidays in 2024.
The program will consist of 6 engaging one-hour lessons that will cover a range of skills and activities. Participants can look forward to hands-on coaching at the driving range, practice on the putting green, and even some on-course action.
For those interested, there are two available groups, each limited to a maximum of 12 children. Group 1 sessions are scheduled for Mondays and Tuesdays from July 22nd to August 6th, running from 5-6pm. Group 2 sessions will then follow from 6.30-7.30pm on the same dates. To cap it all off, there will be a special joint on-course session with both groups on August 6th from 6-7pm.
The cost of participation is just £40 per child, which covers all 6 hours of coaching. Not only that, but each participant will also receive an awesome draw-string bag packed with golf goodies, including a polo shirt and water bottle.
