The Georgian Bay Titans want to invite all interested female rugby players to register for the upcoming season. The launch of the U14 girls team last year was a huge success, leading to the exciting addition of U16 and U18 teams this year. Rugby is all about teamwork, skill-building, and having a blast on the field. The U14 team, for girls born in 2010 and 2011, will focus on the basics of contact rugby while fostering confidence and camaraderie. As for the U16 and U18 teams, open to girls born in 2008-2009 and 2006-2007 respectively, they will play on Saturdays (with some games on Thursdays) and dive into the full fifteens laws of the game. These programs are built to enhance skills learned in previous years and highlight the importance of working together as a team. Whether you're a seasoned rugby player or brand new to the sport, the Titans encourage you to join the team and develop your skills. Practices are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at Harbourview and Fisher Fields, with registration fees set at $275.00 for U14 and $325.00 for U16/U18, which includes a snazzy team t-shirt.
