Genesis Fitness is Rocky Mountain House's top locally-owned and family-run fitness facility, offering a wide range of options to cater to all your fitness needs. Conveniently located at 4922 49 Street, Rocky Mountain House, AB, T4T 1C2, our gym is open 20 hours a day, from 4am to midnight, with swipe card access for members year-round.

Our facility boasts a fully-equipped free weights area, a cardio studio, tanning rooms, a group fitness room, a dry sauna, a massage room, and much more. We also offer a range of membership options, including monthly auto-withdrawal plans, discounted rates for seniors and students, drop-in passes, and membership punch cards. Youth aged 11 and under have free access to the gym but must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.

In addition to our fitness facilities, we offer a Build Your Own Protein Shake bar, where you can customize your protein shake with a variety of flavours, fruits, and extras. We also have a VIP Shake Program, offering discounted rates for multiple shake purchases. For those looking to top up their tan, we provide unlimited tanning options for active and non-active members.

For those in need of relaxation and recovery, our massage services are provided by Kelsey Randle, a Registered Massage Therapist. With options for therapeutic, postpartum, and craniosacral massages, there is something for everyone looking to unwind after a workout.
