This class is designed for children between the ages of 9 and 12 years old and builds upon the fundamental skills learned in the Junior Kids class. Students will continue to develop their Judo techniques, including throws, pins, and submissions, while also focusing on improving their physical conditioning and mental discipline. Emphasis is placed on building strength, agility, and coordination, as well as promoting respect, self-control, and sportsmanship. Students will have the opportunity to practise their skills through drills, sparring, and mock competitions in a safe and controlled environment.
