The academy offers a comprehensive training pathway for selected youth and women players from the local communities, featuring an intensive 5-day-a-week training schedule designed to sharpen skills and foster competitive spirit. Roots FC, the club's competitive team, proudly participates in top-tier leagues such as the Super Division League in Bangalore, giving academy players a clear pathway to professional football. Additionally, the club’s participation in national and KSFA youth leagues further enhances exposure and experience for budding footballers.
With a coaching team boasting over 90 years of combined experience and credentials from AFC certifications to international match experience, Game On Sports Management ensures that players receive professional, multidimensional training. The diverse expertise of the coaching staff, which includes backgrounds in media, finance, education, and sports psychology, enriches the training experience, making it holistic and robust.
