Welcome to Future Fitness Gym – Bolton! Future Fitness has been a staple in the fitness community for over 14 years. Located in Farnworth on Harrowby Street, we are conveniently situated just 5–10 minutes away from Bolton town centre and the M60/M61 motorway links. With our extensive range of equipment, we cater to individuals of all ages and fitness levels, making us the go-to gym for both men and women alike.

Our gym boasts over 50 different fitness machines, along with an additional 15 cardio machines, battle ropes, and a bespoke boxing corner. Whether you're looking to build strength, improve cardiovascular fitness, or refine your boxing skills, we have you covered. Our members have described Future Fitness as an affordable, relaxed, and friendly gym where everyone is welcome.

At Future Fitness, we prioritise building relationships with each of our members. Our goal is to assist and support every individual in achieving their unique health and fitness goals. We understand that no two journeys are the same, and our team is dedicated to providing personalised guidance and motivation along the way.

Membership options at Future Fitness are designed to fit your needs. For only 19. 50 for the first month, which includes account setup and membership allocation, you can enjoy full access to our facilities. After the initial month, membership drops to 15 per month.

We also offer yearly, weekly, and day passes for those who prefer more flexibility.

Looking for additional support and guidance in your fitness journey? We have a team of knowledgeable and experienced in-house personal trainers, as well as external trainers who utilise our space to train their clients. Feel free to inquire about our personal trainers and their qualifications.

In addition to our gym facilities and personal training services, we also have a range of high-quality supplements and vitamins available for purchase. Future Fitness has partnered with “Time 4 Nutrition” to ensure that our athletes and members have access to the best quality supplements on the market. From protein shakes to pre-workout formulas, we have a variety of flavours to choose from. Ask our staff for more information and assistance.

To make your fitness journey even more convenient, we offer a meal prep service. You can purchase a bespoke meal prep plan directly from the gym, tailored to your specific preferences. Specify your desired cooking style, calorie intake, and flavour preferences, and let our team take care of the rest. Whether you prefer weekly or monthly plans, we've got you covered.

At Future Fitness, we understand the importance of recovery and taking care of your body. That's why we have our own in-house sports, remedial, and deep tissue massage therapist, Warren Garner. Warren has extensive experience working with athletes from various sports and can provide the perfect massage therapy session to aid in your recovery.
